How do I determine my correct size for a formal gown?
Formal wear sizing often differs from everyday clothing. We recommend taking bust, waist, and hip measurements and comparing them to the specific size chart provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size to allow for professional tailoring.
What is your return policy for evening wear?
We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the security tag remains attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition. Due to the delicate nature of formal fabrics, items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or perfume scents cannot be accepted.
How long does shipping take for 'Special Order' items?
Special order gowns are items not currently in our immediate stock and are ordered directly from the designer. These typically take 8 to 12 weeks to arrive. We recommend ordering at least 4 months in advance of your event to allow time for shipping and alterations.
Do you offer professional alterations in-house?
While we do not provide in-house tailoring, we provide a curated list of recommended formal wear seamstresses in your area. Most formal gowns will require minor adjustments, such as a hem or strap shortening, to achieve a custom fit.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the professional lighting used during photography. We recommend viewing the product on multiple devices if you are matching a specific wedding palette.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes. Once your order is processed and leaves our boutique, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date. All high-value formal shipments require a signature upon delivery.
